Since 1996, our bagel dough has become a staple at independently owned and operated bagel shops throughout the Bay Area — now numbering over 20 locations — each supplied from our production facility in Fremont.

As a bagel dough manufacturer, we're proud to have supplied the Bay Area community with quality bagel dough for over 15 years, made with the best available natural ingredients. The retail locations listed on this site are independently owned and operated businesses. Each location is independently responsible for its own daily operations — baking bagels fresh throughout the day, preparing sandwiches and bagel rolls, and sourcing and preparing its own produce, meats, and cheeses.
